At Greenbrook Baptist Church, we have a heart for our local community. In addition to our Saturday visitation program, we also support several local organizations and participate in various outreach opportunities. Some of our community outreach initiatives include:

  • Food Pantry: We operate a food pantry on the first Saturday of every month where we distribute groceries to families in need from our local community.
  • Clothing Closet: Our clothing closet provides free clothing and other essential items for those in need. Donations are accepted and greatly appreciated.
  • Homeless Ministry: We partner with local shelters and organizations to provide meals, shelter, and resources for the homeless population in our area.
  • Disaster Relief: In times of natural disasters or emergencies, we mobilize teams to help with cleanup, rebuilding, and providing support to affected communities.

Through these efforts, we hope to show the love of God to those in need and make a positive impact in our community and beyond.

  • Mission Trips: We believe in spreading the love of Christ globally, which is why we organize mission trips to different countries every year. These trips include activities such as building homes, teaching English, and providing medical care to underserved communities.
  • Environmental Stewardship: As stewards of God’s creation, we are committed to taking care of our environment. We regularly organize clean-up events in our community and educate our members on sustainable practices.
  • Prison Ministry: Our prison ministry team visits local prisons to provide spiritual guidance, support, and resources for inmates. We believe in the power of redemption and strive to be a source of hope for those who may feel forgotten.
  • Disaster Relief: When natural disasters strike, we are quick to respond with aid and support. From providing food and shelter to helping rebuild homes, we aim to show compassion and love in times of crisis.
  • Youth Programs: Our church has a strong focus on youth programs, including Sunday school classes, summer camps, and after-school activities. We believe in investing in the future generation by teaching them about God’s love and equipping them with life skills.
  • Community Outreach: In addition to our regular outreach programs, we also participate in various community events such as festivals, parades, and fundraisers. Our goal is to spread the message of love and hope beyond the walls of our church and connect with people from all walks of life.
  • Missions: We have a heart for missions and actively support missionaries both locally and globally. Our mission trips provide opportunities for individuals to serve in different parts of the world, spreading the gospel and making a positive impact through acts of service.
